So today my blackberry bold 9700, went white screen on me, i can still receive calls, i hear my text messages and my bbm's coming in but i just cant see the screen. its white, with thin yellow and purple lines on the screen, and then it just goes completely white. i tried restarting my phone (battery pull out) i held the end button to turn it off, toke out my SIM and SD card and everything, even downgraded my software and reinstalled the new software again i tried everything and its still showing me white screen.
i bought the phone off my friend, originally with rogers but got it unlocked with telus.
i was told i can get a new screen, but would this help? and how much would it cost?
HELP!! is there anything else i can do?
