"how trust"? The standard English would be "how trustworthy". How would knowing the names of satellite owners help in determining trustworthiness?
Telstar (1962) was the first active, direct relay communications satellite. It belonged to AT&T, with agreements with Bell Telephone Laboratories, NASA, the British General Post Office, and the French National Post Office.
