who can claim the baby without anybody arguing?

my mom wants to claim my baby in the income taxes (he's three months old). My babys dad and I been living at her house since he was born. Now the Baby dad wants to claim him because his the dad. his been working since aug or june in 3 different jobs. what should be the best way to handle this?
Please Help Me!. It's Our First Kid & First time Doing The Taxes.

Depends on who is supporting the baby.If your baby daddy is paying for rent and food then he should be the one who claims the baby on taxes.Just because you live there does not give her the right unless she is footing all the bills.
