Who do I complain to??? All the Juan Valdez coffee at walmart was expired...

...with a year or a month!!!!? of course i didnt get it, but i think is terrible that nobody does anything when stores sell expired things!
 
A store can sell certain expired products. Most don't though without discounting them. You should just raise this with the store manager.
