Who has the slowest internet out there?

Who on Yahoo Answers has the slowest internet. Can you please tell me how many Kilobytes or Kilobits per second it is or maybe even bytes lol. And don't say 50 Kilobytes per second is probably the slowest, because it isn't. I know people with 5 Kilobyte per second connections.

Sometimes the download speed on a dial up connection can be in single figures 1-9 kbps (my average download speed is 730-750 kbps)
