I got into a car accident on the freeway. I was on lane three and the other person is on lane one (the slow lane.) We both decided to cut into lane two at the same time accidentally. I saw him and went back into my lane so did he, but he swerved and lost control and spun and hit my door with his front of the car. So his front hit my passenger door and it pushed me against the middle of the freeway wall messing up my other side of the car. I am just wondering who is at fault. Please Help. Thanks. I am really worried and scared.
