Who is Barbara in "The Five People You Meet in Heaven"?

I just finished reading this book by Mitch Albom, and was reading various articles about it. A couple of them mentioned Barbara in them. I tried looking up who she was in my book, but couldn't find her. If you could tell me who she is, that would be awesome! Thank you so much!
