Personally I don't like either option. I use TekSavvy for my internet since they don't do bandwidth throttling like both Rogers and Bell. I use Vonage for my phone service. I find VoIP does a pretty good job serving as a telephone service and it's a load cheaper. I pay $20 a month for 500 minutes to call anywhere in North America, which is less then the cost of just having a Bell or Rogers line for local calling, nevermind their long distance calling costs. And I do use Rogers for digital cable. I usually grill Rogers about getting the best price from them about every 6 months. There are other alternatives out there, like Look or Starchoice. Obviously Rogers gives you bundling discounts, but I've found I still can get all my services for $20-$30 less then their best rates for the whole package. _
