Who is in charge of buying fuel at a airline?

Who and what is the name of the person with airlines that are in charge of buying fuel for that airline? Is there a specific name for that person?
Well I thought about it, couldnt just contact the airline, someone said that I would need to speak to a specific person that handles the buying of fuel for the airline. Person didnt give me a name of the "position/title" of the person I need to talk too. That is what I am looking for
 
I imagine the finance dept consults with the board, who vote on such matters. When oil spiked in the summer of 2008, I know a few airlines hedged forward the price of oil at those high prices, like Ryanair I believe ....
