At the time, I was a child, and hadn't heard of Jiu Jitsu, therefore I wasn't a practitioner, therefore I was indeed surprised. But now, that I am an adult, and a practitioner, I don't find it that shocking.

I like it but a lot of problem is that its claiming to be THE BEST
If one martial art was better then all the rest they would only have one.

I do not think its practical on some situations

Like if something breaks out on the street.
1. U start standing up so BJJ is already disadvantaged
2. Do u want to roll on asphault

well considering they sponsored the fights and pick the fighters, that he was to fight then no i'm not surprised,
i dont consider being lock on a person for 30 minutes in the same position fighting, that would not work in the street. as your opponents brother would have come up to you an stabbed a few time while you were all wrapped up like that. not a good position to be in during a street fight.
