Who is the vampire on the cover of Charlaine Harris' Sookie Stackhouse Novels?

On most of the novels, there is a dark haired vampire on the cover. I cant seem to figure out who he is suppose to be. Is he suppose to be bill? Doesn't bill have sideburns? Thanks in advance!
 
It is Bill. I think they changed the way he looks on the covers to make it humorous cause he looks the way vampires looked in old movies (with the widows peak), and the book has that kind of humor. I cant find an answer on the internet so i just gave you my opinion. :)
