I haven't actually seen many anime with full on tsundere in them so maybe.. Senjougahara from Bakemonogatari? Or Taiga from Toradora! ?
I would look through my manga list but I can't be bothered
Plus I don't really like some of the tsundere in anime I've seen. Mikasa Mikoto is a pretty good one though (I've only read some of the manga)
