Who knows that name of this old Nickelodeon short?

this is how I remember it.

It was an all white background and the characters were a group of kids. There was a boy with a dog, a tall girl, and a boy in a plaid lumberjack outfit. The patterns on the clothes wouldn't move but the characters would (like how they do on the show chowder).
