Who made this music video?

I remember seeing it when I was really young, and I have no idea what the words were, or what artist it was but I remember what went on in the video.

This guy was pretty much dressing up a corpse of a women, and putting make up her and then I think he was dancing with her, or he kissed her, but at the end he put her body in the ocean and then at the very end she woke up.

I know it's not a lot but if someone can help that would be so awesome!
