My great grandfather wrote a manuscript, an autobiography of sorts. It has never been published.

My great gandfather lived in England at the time he wrote the book.

My great grandfather is now deceased.

My grandparents, my parents and I have the only copy of the manuscript. We all live in Australia.

I am thinking of publishing the book.

Firstly, who owns the copyright to the manuscript and for how long will that right endure?

Secondly, will the copyright extend to Australia, the UK and the USA?
