Pick a hero you know stuff about for starters
Wonder Woman,Hawkgirl,Super/Power Girl,Black Widow,The Wasp,female X-Men like Jean,roguue,Kitty...
Depends on how you look like,you say girl...how old,,big boobs or small boobs(sorry,but some heroines have big'uns and some don't

If you're quite young,may I suggest Hit-Girl from Kick-Ass?

Nope, but that would be a pretty fun costume. Get a hat, pants and a shirt that are the same color as him, a beaver tail. And you have yourself a great costume, and if you really wanted too you could get a beak also, but its not necessary. Good luck!
