This is just a scenario but I'm just curious. If I was driving and my friend kept adjusting the music volume even after I told him to stop then I decide to turn it down while he's turning it up and I rear end someone because I was distracted by my friend who wouldn't stop, would my friend be partially responsible? I know that I would be in the most trouble but could my friend possibly get a ticket or something for distracting me or something like that? I'm just curious.
Also I have another question, same scenario, my friend keeps adjusting the volume. If I pull to the side of the road and tell him to get out but he refuses, can I drag him out of my car or would I get in trouble with the police? What if he got out and I just left him on the side of the road/highway. Can I be sued by his parents or something like that? This never happened.

The reason I'm asking these questions is because I used to be friends with my ignorant neighbor. I know that he would blast his music on his headphones so I know he would blast music in someone elses car without asking them. I hate when people blast their music, and I especially hate when people adjust things in my car without asking unless its the other things like (A/C, Heater, Defogger, etc). So I just wanted to know if he'd get in trouble or not.
