Optimas Prime. Even if batman uses his emp it wont work, because in one of the movies starscream uses an emp to shut down all the radio links and stuff so i guess emp wont effect them.
Prime for sure Batman would think he was just another semi till optimus took him out with his energy sword and an emp wouldn't work because transformers can send out their own, they're immune to them.
