I will admit rap is pretty pathetic, but beats are what get me - Biggie didnt freestyle so I would say Em, and it is true that Biggie is pretty overrated because he is dead but he was still good. Not like tupac, because Pac actually put more meaning behind his raps. And most of all, Eminem uses a totally different technique by putting you in the situation. Though it gets goofy at times, he acts out and raps at the same time ( who the f*** cares of his videos are controversial). Watch Beautiful, its a pretty sick video. And if you like Em, listen to a group called Self Title, might not be able to find their stuff though.
