Who would win in a fight between Shippuden Sasuke and Buu saga Goku?

I realize this has been asked before, but I haven't seen anyone answer nor ask this question recently. With the recent developments to Sasuke's character in Naruto: Shippuden, I think the fight would be a lot closer than some would think. I ask who would win between Sasuke and Goku from the Buu saga (the end of DBZ) because I personally feel like GT was ludicrous and stupid. Anyway, who do you think would win? No fusions, no wishes, no friends helping them out, just an epic battle between Sasuke and Goku.

Here are some of their abilities:

Sasuke:
Chidori,
Mangeky? Sharingan,
Amaterasu,
Tsukuyomi,
Susanoo,
Kirin
Hawk summoning

Goku:
Flight,
Instant Transmission,
Super Saiyan 1-3,
Kamehameha Wave,
Spirit Bomb,
Telepathy/some Telekinesis,
and the most handy of techniques in this particular fight; Solar Flare.
