Who would win in a race: 2010 Mazda3 GS sport vs 2008 Acura RDX?

2010 Mazda3:
Engine: 2.5L DOHC I4
Horsepower: 170
Torque: 170
Mods: short ram air intake
Transmission: standard
Weight: approx 1300 kg

2008 Acura RDX:
Engine: 2.3L turbo charged I4
Horsepower: 240
Torque: 260
Mods: none
Transmission: automatic*
Weight: approx 2300 kg

the acura beats the mazda in horsepower and torque but it is an automatic and it weights nearly a tonne more. Thoughts?
 
It comes down to the driver but the Acura has more power but the Mazda has more power per kg .131 hp to 1KG vs. .104 hp in the Acura, then again the Acura gets a Little closer with torque and has a wider power band thanks to the turbo gear ratios are big factor as well. If we are talking drag race I would haft to give an edge to the acura (factory numbers have it nearly 1 second quicker on the 1/4) especially since its an auto. If you are talking a real track with turns and elevation changes then I give the lighter Mazda an edge but driver skill playes the largest part in either scenario.
