Who's more successful in Hollywood acting? Men or women?

I thinks it's about equal. Until u luck out and land a role on a hit show or something, then u have 2 work menial jobs and go on auditions when u can. Actors make little money and experience tons of rejection. They may go years without landing a steady acting job. However, if acting is your passion, then pursue it. Making money by doing what u love is always a good thing.

To even be in hollywood means your successful. I honestly think gender or race doesn't matter in acting. If you can, you can act.

If you want to be in the acting business it shouldn't matter on what is behind it and what you get from it. You should be acting because you love acting not because you are going to be successful and famous. If girls are more successful and your a boy do you plan on changing your gender? That's non sense. All actors and actresses are successful. If they could act and their talented then they will get more work and when you get more work that means that you are getting more money. When you are in the acting industry after you are done with a film you don't automatically get into another film. Zac Efron got 30 rejections and getting rejections is a part of life when you are in that kind of industry. If you love acting go and act don't care what you get from it or what's behind it. Yes everyone dreams of the fantasy life with the big house and beautiful cars but half of actors and actresses don't get paid for half of the things that they do so if you are in it not because you love acting you won't last a year, I'm sorry to say but that is what it is really like you will see once you get out there. I'm not trying to be mean if you think I am I just see thousands of people everyday doing it for the fame and money and then they end up in a rut and give up after a few months. It's not an easy task.

Both. Gender doesn't matter. A person need to have acting skills to be successful in hollywood.
