Whose cruised Carnival Ecstasy?

How is it? I am on a 6 day to Progreso and Cozumel with Zipline adventure, beggining snorkleing and Uxmal mayan ruins tour. I am in balcony suite U206 on upper deck. Is this fun? How are my excursions? I'm going in Jan. - Feb. Any insight at all as to temps around then in my ports? Also, has anybody flown Southwest airlines?! I'm booked with them too! Staying at Beachcomber Inn in Galveston beach as well! If anyone knows anything about any of these I'd really like to hear it! Thanks!
 
Oh my gosh, you are going to have such a great time on that ship. All Carnival cruises are great. You could have the time of your life just staying on the ship the whole time. If you're going snorkeling, Cozumel has alot of exotic fish to look at. I went snorkeling and it was amazing to see all the clear water down below me and all the awesome coral. In the shallow water for me there was about a million minnows (literally) and they would swim away from you as you swam toward them. I highly recommend Carnival Cruise lines. They also have great food, great service and great shows.
 
I went on that exact cruise this summer. You will have a great time.
