They were only agency workers - and a lot of them were foreign. Lets face it - they should not have got their feet under the table and got complacent in their jobs. What BMW have done is not illegal. Now maybe these workers will learn to go out and find themselves proper contracts instead.

Why be employed by an agency for between 3-5 years? They got too complacent - and now they've paid the price for being lazy and not trying to find anything else.
Just watching Watchdog about all the problems with Mini's - now that the agency workers are gone I bet it will improve
