Why am I dreaming or thinking that my best friend is going to died?

Im 25yrs old...me and my besst friend been friends for 20yrs...she had this Crohn disease for last 5yrs..Lately her condition been getting worse becuase she has been off her medication for awhile...Lately I have been dreaming or daydreaming that my best friend pass away, why is that? Am I scared or what? Do people die from Crohns disease? please help, thanks
 
the problem is a big one but we have a belief that daydreams never come true & if u see someone's death in a dream then his life increases
 
Probably because the uncertainty of her health is taking a pretty deep subconscious toll on you. Focus on spending time with her and making her life as happy as can be, and know that you're truly helping her.

Regarding the disease itself, you can die from complications brought on by the disease, but by taking care of yourself and making sure that any of the possible complications don't go untreated-- it's unlikely.
