I'm 19 years old, female, weigh about 105 pounds not athletic. Today I woke up because I felt this pulsating-ness in my upper chest on the right side. It literally makes me twitch because of how uncomfortable it is. I would say it's more uncomfortable than painful. I've been trying to sleep and I just haven't been able to. I've taken aleve in the morning, that didn't do anything. I tried a heating pad and nothing. I also tried an ice pack along with ibuprofen. I don't understand what could have caused this, I am desperate I need help!!
