Why am I sleeping so late?

I have to wake up at like 6:40am every day for school.
And on Thursdays I have to wake up at 6:25am. In the summer I slept for 15 hours everyday, and in the beginning of the school year I had to take naps after school because I was so tired and needed more sleep. But now ever since January, I have been going to sleep either late 2am or early 3am. Not because I want to stay up late but because I'm just not tired anymore and it's really hard for me to go to sleep. Sometimes I just stay up all night talking to my cousins in Mexico because I'm just not tired and I go to sleep the next night around 1am. I try to sleep early but it's sooo hard for me to fall asleep:(

What is going on? My eyes have been really dry and red, I have black circles under my eyes, and I have been really weak. Why am I sleeping so late?





P.S. It's 2:38am right now and I have school tomorrow but I'm just not tired:|
 
if you're finding it that hard try taking Melatonin. Its something our body produces naturally but occasionally not enough so we cant fall asleep. Its what causes babies to sleep so much. Anyway you cab get it at shoppers but only take it once and a while. It should help you drift to sleep and eventually u wont need it anymore
