i cant open mu legs apart (in a side splits motion) very far at all. like un-naturally not far at all. which is pissing me off because i need them to be at at least a 90 degree angle for kickboxing.
sit down and bring in one leg so that your foot is touching your inner thigh. Sit tall and keep your back straight. gently lower yourself and stretch that leg. Do the same on the other leg. Also, stretch out your glutes by lying on your back, crossing one leg over the other "Men's style" and pulling your bottom leg towards your chest
