I go to bed at about the same time every night, and I get up at the same time every morning. I tend to sleep quite well, but no night is exactly the same. I get between 7 and 8 hours sleep every night. My problem is that I am exhausted all day! While at work, ALL I can think about is going home and getting some sleep! What could it be? I eat right, I exercise, I'm healthy! Why do I always feels as though I'm going to fall asleep at my desk?
