Why are Americans complaining about Obama's failure to respond to this oil leak?

Afterall, doesn't the constitution say that the presidents primary responsibility is to guarantee the play quality of American golf courses and prop up the careers of aging British musicians.

Why do Americans have such little respect for the president's constitutional responsibilities?

Love your question. Again British Musicians, yes. Didn't it occur to Obama that yes, eventually this oil would be washing ashore and to build barrier islands earlier?

Obama promised to cure the ills of the world.
Obama said if elected the oceans would stop rising. The polar ice caps would return to normal. there would be no more animosity in the world.
He would wave his hand and there would be paradise. The world would be inhabited by only good people. Even the animals would stop eating each other. We wouldn't even hurt plants. We would have all the energy we need without creating any pollution. We would all have everything we need forever.
Americans are disappointed in Obama's inability to keep his promises.
Obama doesn't perform like the God he promised us he would be.
Therefore, Americans MUST complain about his failure to make BP his archangels and empower them with the miraculous ability to stop the leak.
