Why are my webpages so small on internet explorer 7?? HELP?

nothing to do with font size, I tried changing the font size to large, it doesnt affect it.

Nothing to do with display properties either...

Its just some webpages specific web sites' fonts are so small when before its normal...

Please help...

Not resolution either...

After hard drive restore, !!!!
 
Move the scroll wheel on your mouse while Holding CTRL to make webpages appear larger or smaller.
