I've never understood it, and no one I know finds it attractive. We've all seen them. The boys who nearly have their pants around their knees at times. I'm just wondering, perhaps from someone who as done it, what is the attraction? I'm sorry to say, if you're doing it to attract girls, buy a belt. Please explain.
