PBS and some small town local channels are 4 or five times louder than the big city and cable channels. This causes a problem when we watch something on one of the loud channels, but switch to something on DVR or DVD. Then we have to turn the volume way up. After we get done watching it, we forget to turn the volume down before switching to real time programing. We get blasted into the next room from the loud burst of volume. Does anyone else have this problem? Can it be fixed?
