Is is believed that Africans are primarily contained to Earth and so there are so few African Planets elsewhere? I agree, there are African people in numerous Sci-Fi movies, but seldom is a Sci-Fi movie written, produced, directed and starring primarily African people with serious ( not comical ) roles.
