Why are these Naruto Shippuden subs different?

With these Naruto Shippuden subs on different websites, their different. For Example:

On Vizmedia/Crunchyroll/Hulu

Ep. 34 -
SAI: "You're sure weak" "Are you sure you have any 'balls' with that kind of skill?"
NARUTO: "Wha--?! You Little!" "I asked..." "who the heck are you?

On EastAnime/NarutoGet

Ep. 34 -
SAI: "You're kind of a p*ssy, aren't you?" "Do you even have a d*ck?"
NARUTO: "I said..." "Who the hell" "...are you?"

I know that Eastanime/Narutoget do upload a Naruto episode a week before VizMedia/ect. Are they subbed by different people, or is one cut and uncut?
 
Depending on who subbed it, the subtitles will be different for each person. Every anime is like this, the subs will be at least slightly different. In Japenese the words can also have several different words in english. If you look at it, it still basically means the same thing right?
