Why aren't free-trade agreements (FTA) repealed?

They keep complaining we have a trade deficit with China and they have obviously taken jobs from us. So why can't free-trade agreements just be repealed since they are the real problem?
True, well if things keep going this way, what will happen is a total economic and political collapse because it is ridiculous. The government is spending more and yet it is not considered socialist. If gays are allowed to serve in the military, why not repeal the FTAs. They are the real problem.
@Marc, you are seriously dumb. I'm a mechanical engineering student I happen to be good in math. I bet you are just some dumb redneck.
 
Because they are GOOD FOR THE ECONOMY, even YOUR economy, silly goose!

The continuing rise of China, with a BILLION POINT FOUR potential new customers, is the best possible thing that could happen for the US economy....if your school has not taught you any basic economics, you should sue them! If they HAVE, and you still believe FTA's are a "bad thing", then you should pay more attention in Math class...
