Hi, I am having trouble here with my BB Curve. First of all, realized that the VZW backup assistant isn't compatible with the BB. So then I thought it would be a good idea to use my google contacts instead. Proceeded to export my google contacts in a CSV format to my desktop. Well, the BB (through the desktop manager) doesn't except a CSV format. So then I downloaded the ABC Amber BB converter to convert the CSV contact files to IPD. This seemed to work smoothly and I saved the new contact file onto my desktop. Next I imported the file using the BB desktop manager, synced while the phone was connected to Outlook and all seemed well.
However,
When I look at the contacts in my outlook (and phone) there are no phone numbers associated with the contacts. Can someone help me with why the phone numbers didn't come over? I have over 500 contacts and can really use some input! Thanks.
