I am running Windows ME on an old system. I am trying to upgrade.
However I cannot download a torrent file. I have tried two different freeware torrent downloading programs and three different torrents and the files do not start to download. I did not have this problem using Windows 7. I know I shouldn't use Windows ME but I don't have a choice right now on this machine.
My internet connection is fine and working. What do I need to do to get the torrent files to download?
