Why can I connect bluetooth with another phone, but can't send them ringtones?

LIke, I can connect with other phones, and send and recieve ringtones from them, but i have a new phone now.
so im trying to send the ringtones using bluetooth to the new phone.
it connets, but then it says" failed, conection intrurpted".
What do i do?
