Why can we no longer buy ammo online if you're from CALIF ?

As of Feb 1st you can no longer buy any ammunition on line, Does anyone know
why they did this to us ??

Probably because they realized giving everyone access to guns and ammo is not a stable way to ensure the safety of a country.
