Why can't I download a file from mediafire?

I am trying to download a jpg image but everytime I click the "Click here to start download" it just refreshes the page instead of having the window asking me if I want to Open or Save the file. Please help thanks.

You may have a pop-up blocker that's not allowing the download. Try temporarily disabling your pop-up blocker if that's the case. Or it may have activated another window it didn't show that you have to switch to manually, I've had that happen before. Other than that, I've had no other problems with mediafire so I couldn't say if those aren't it.
