I have two other devices on my google play account but Im not using one of them, I just bought another phone and when i want to install an app my phone "option" cant be downloaded and it has a ? symbol next to it. I already unistalled this app on my pother two devices but still cant download some of the apps that i had on those two before. should i reset my phone and create another google account to see if that works? thanks
