Why can't I download the Scott Pilgrim video game on the XBOX Live Marketplace?

I select the option to download the full game, but then a window pops up saying:

Sorry

This item is not available for purchase from Xbox LIVE Marketplace on the Web.

Which then takes me back to the download page.

What gives? I have enough points, I have an account. I don't understand.
