I have a Creative ZEN MP3 4G, and for a long time I've been trying to load videos from YouTube that I've downloaded to RealPlayer but it always say that the files are not supported on the ZEN. I would download the YouTube videos to RealPlayer, and then open the ZEN Media Explorer, and click on Convert Video and it opens but when I go to the RealPlayer Downloads folder then there are no videos. So I went to RealPlayer and the videos were there but they always say "this file is not supported". Why is it and what can I do to load videos.
