I got my Storm 9530 (unlocked) not too long ago and it was working great when I first got it. My email works, my internet works, my sms works, I can even send MMS messages. The problem is I'll receive the MMS message but when I open the message, there's a "broken image" where the pic is supposed to be.
It's just an "x" in a box. I've done a battery pull, I've resent my books. I don't know what else to do. HELP!!
I upgraded to 5.0.0.328 I hooked it up to Desktop Manager and it upgraded to the newer one.
I just now found this out while messing around with it:
When anyone sends me an MMS with a picture attached, all it shows up is a broken image icon. But if I click FORWARD, and then choose a contact, the picture shows up! And if I Fwd it to myself, then the image will show up in that MMS and then I can save it to my pictures folder.
I went in and cleared the cache, history, etc. and did memory cleaning, thinking that would help, but it doesn't. Is the image just stuck there on default now? Can I somehow clear it out?
