I have T-mobile. I used to have the internet plan on my phone and was able to send and receive pics fine. I recently canceled my internet plan and since have not been able to send or receive pics. When I asked a guy who worked at T-Mobile he told me to send a picture to myself twice. This did not work. I also read changing the picture size should do. This didn't work either.
I know for a fact you don't have to have an internet plan to send and receive pics. T-mobile recently changed it so you don't for the Pearl and my mother-in-law has a pearl too and has no problem with her pictures.
What else can I do? I have a new baby and its really irritating not being able to send pics like I used to.
