why can't I stream movies with my Linksys wireless router?

Whenever I try, the internet just shuts off...........wireless B... and i have never had that problem before i switched to my vista comp.......it is not all streaming that goes off...youtube works fine but nba.com doesnt...the internet shuts off... no overheating...It happens with both my desktop (hooked up by ethernet cord) and my laptop (by wireless router)this never happened with xp :(when my internet shuts off... both the computers don't get internet
 
Depending on the A,B G or N IMO connection it may be too much for the router, When i stream a 1GB movie to my tv from pc it will fail, but under 700 MB it will be slow
 
It's possible your router is overheating or there is a problem with your connection.What do you mean the internet just shuts off? Does the router restart or is a problem local to the computer?
