I am trying to put some personal pictures on my iPad but when I try to "sync" them from iTunes it says you cannot sync photos without deleting the apps. I've tried dragging and dropping the photos to the iPad when it appears under "Devices" when I hook it up to my Mac but it won't let me drag and drop them either. I don't want to delete all the apps I have on but I do want to get pictures on the iPad. Thoughts? Thanks,
