my blackberry screen just randomley went blank one day and ive been researching how to fix it because it wont turn on but the red light flashes when i plug it in to my laptop or charger, so i did some research and most things i read told me the os might need updating onto it but when i try that it stops half way through and says it doesn't recognise the device or something, please can someone help me
