Why can't my nokia 2760 receive email attachments and ringtones?!?!?!?

I email myself pictures and songs to my phone in ringtone format, or use "ventones" to make and send myself ringtones but its not working!!

is it cuz it's so cheap and crappy?!?! and it doesn't have the receiving attachments option?!?!?

ahhhgh.. what a pain...
and bubu and ii don't just say something stupid and select urselves as best answer, i want some real answers and when you click urself as best in like, 40 minutes after i post the question then ppl that kno what they're doing can't answer me
